What happens when I place my order?

When you place your order online, further to payment clearance you will receive your products via post within 2 - 5 days to the delivery address given. All postage and packaging charges for delivery are charged per order, not per item.

We try to get all orders placed on a week day out by midday the following day. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Items not received?

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control i.e. post office strikes.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for 15 working days. How will the payment appear on my credit card statement?
